Delivery/Pick-Up Disclaimers

We offer same day delivery from Monday to Saturday. Sunday by special accommodation only. All same day delivery order must be placed before cut off time depending on the delivery area. For those orders placed after the cut off time will be delivered in the next day.

Please provide us information of your order as much as possible. Give us a time slot of 3 - 4 hours that someone will be home to receive the flowers; in case there is no one in home let us know where is the safe place to drop off. Information such as a buzzer number and phone number will always be helpful.

In case of recipient refuse to receive a delivery, the flower will be back to our store and will be available for pick up in the next business day. No refund will be issued since it is not in our fault.

Same Day Delivery Cut Off Time: Please to have your order placed in before 10am PT for Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, North Vancouver and West Vancouver.
No same day delivery can be arranged to Coquitlam, Port Moody, Surrey, Delta and White Rock.

Delivery Time: We try our best to have deliveries done by between 2pm to 6pm. We can also accommodate early morning deliveries, those orders must be placed a day before, please send us email to confirm accommodation (info@MonetFloralArt.com).

To Vancouver $15
To Burnaby, Richmond  $15
To North Vancouver, West Vancouver, New Westminster $20
To Coquitlam, Port Moody, Surrey, Delta $30
and White Rock   $35 

Orders placed online can also be pick up in our store during business hours. There is no additional fee for in-store pick up. Please include your prefer pick up time when check out. For orders that didn't pick up during the scheduled day will be store in our cooler and will be available for pick-up in the next business day.
