We offer two types of event services:

- Full service design (investment start at $2000)
- A la carte (no minimum to spend and is limited to the menu below)

Full Service Design

We serve your event by installing any floral, pinning  boutonnieres, and transferring ceremony pieces if desired. A designer will be onsite until needed to make sure all goes smoothly. 

We evolve your vision together as you piece together vendors. We can be used as a sounding board for all things décor. 

We will create a PDF with imagery to set the tone for the day as well as providing any visuals for options you may want to consider. We make sure to include all varieties of blooms we plan to use to give an idea of the colors and textures to expect.

You can expect an itemized quote along with the vision board. 

We can meet up in our shop to finalize details closer to the event.

A La Carte

A la carte is for those who love our work but are not looking for full service design. Choose your colors, email us a list of your needs and we got it from there.
The type of flowers change week to week so no two bouquets are alike. Due to working with seasonal blooms we cannot guarantee very specific flowers and foliage varieties. We love to see your inspiration and dress colors in order to coordinate the blooms.
A la carte is for events that do not require any floral installation work. Simple pick up or drop off only. This means if you have your heart set on full floral archway a la carte is not the right fit. Sent us email with your inspiration pictures as a start point to customize your event.
Trust. There is a bit of faith involved when it comes to seasonal flowers. We can not guarantee flower varieties rather we can guarantee it will “feel” like Monet Floral Art and have an abundance of fresh blooms and fun textures.

A La Carte

Menu

Bridal Bouquet $250 (Garden Style)
Bouquet contains the best of the seasons blooms in your chosen colour palette. Wrapped in coordinating ribbon. Approximately 18” wide.
* Smaller size or round shape bridal bouquet available starting from $150.

Wedding party bouquet $90
Hand tied garden style bouquet. Wrapped in coordinating ribbon. Approximately 10 inches wide.

Boutonniere $25

Corsage $40
Modern cuff style corsage

Flower girl posy bouquet $50

Hair Crown $80
Hand woven crown tied with streaming ribbon. Adjustable for all head sizes.

Bud Vase $25
A simple vase with a focal bloom, supporting texture and stem of greenery. Great for cocktail tables or grouped together for larger displays.

Small Arrangement $50
Choose between Mason jar or plain cylinder.

Medium Garden Style Arrangement $125
Low clear glass vase. Arrangement measure approximately 10-12” in width.

Large Garden Style Arrangement $200
Bountiful, this option is perfect for a lush centerpiece on a round table.

Altar Floral $350
Large arrangement in a urn style vessel. Great for setting the stage for your ceremony or for drama around your reception space.

Arbor Décor $300 a section
Section of floral to hang on arbor. Approximately 24” x 12”. 

Garlands $25 a foot
Using greenery from down south that holds out of water, these garlands work great for a arbor or down a long table.

How It Works

Confirmation
We will email you a confirmation and an itemized quote for your approval.
Deposit
You will be asked to send a 30% deposit to confirm your booking.
Pick up or Delivery (a la carte)
On the day before or the day of you will pick up your order from our shop. Delivery available upon request for $120 within 30 kilometers only.


Other Important Details and Terms

  • All orders must be placed 14 days in advance of event date. 
  • Cancellations must be received no less than 30 days prior to event date.
  • Full invoice amount must be paid off 30 days prior to event date.
  • No refunds are available within 30 days of the event.
  • Refunds issued prior to 30 days will be subject to a $50 administrative fee.
  • Additions must be made no later than 7 days before the event and must be first approved by our design staff to ensure we can accommodate last minute changes.
  • All deliveries include one location of drop-off only service. Each additional location will incur an fee based on mileage from the original drop-off location.
  • For A La Carte only, Monet Floral Art’s staff is not responsible for unpacking or setting up any items. This is a delivery, not a set up. Please ensure there will be someone at your drop-off location to receive flowers.
  • Due to handling products of nature, Monet Floral Art reserves the right to make last minute changes to flower selections in the event when the selections are either unavailable or do not meet quality expectations. Client understands that there is no absolute guarantee of flowers meeting exact expectations due to nature and the artistic interpretation of the designer.
  • Monet Floral Art is not responsible for the condition of flowers after delivery is completed. Care instructions will be included with the flowers and should be followed to keep blooms in excellent condition.
