CANCELLATION POLICY
We process your flower almost immediately after you place your order, so please, no cancelled orders. We'd rather work with you to re-schedule! If you really have to cancel, your cancellation must be received by email at info@monetfloralart.com by 10:00pm PST the day before your delivery. After that, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
